Returns Policy
Goods being returned must meet the following requirements:-
Returned within 7 days of you receiving them.
Goods must be in original condition, unopened and unused.
Include a copy of your (e-mail) receipt and order.
Customer MUST pay all postage costs.
Please contact us to let us know that you are returning your item/s.
Any product returned in a damaged condition or that has been used will be sent back with no refund payable. This return policy is in place to protect others in accordance with Health Regulations.
PLEASE NOTE:
We do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so we ask that you choose carefully. Due to the nature of most of our product line, once the product has been opened, no returns will be accepted unless there is a proven manufacturers fault or defect with the product, in which case a replacement will be issued.
